Because if the Square Louvois hotel, in the heart of Paris’ 2nd arrondissement close to the National Library, places literary references on pedestals (portraits of writers in the rooms, omnipresence of books and libraries…), you don’t need to be a scholar to appreciate the hotel’s artistic staging.

IDEALLY LOCATED just a few steps from the Palais Royal, the Palais Brongniart, the Palais Garnier, and the Grands Boulevards or the Place Vendôme, the address is all about atmosphere. Designed by Leslie Gauthier, an interior designer who has already demonstrated her know-how and bibliophily here and there, the décor of this 4* boutique hotel is in keeping with Parisian chic and good taste. Colors and materials (deep blue, inky black, copper, brass, wood, felt…) evoke luxury without overdoing it, mixing design details, Art Deco inspiration, moldings, and houndstooth prints.
