Looking for a new HQ north of Paris? Follow us past the ring road and stop at 37bis, a 4* boutique hotel with 34 rooms (including 4 communicating rooms) in Neuilly-sur-Seine. Ideally located near the Palais des Congrès and the Arc de Triomphe, not far from the Jardin d’Acclimatation and the Louis-Vuitton Foundation, the address is very well positioned on the chic Avenue du Roule, two strides from the Bois de Boulogne and the Porte Maillot metro station. Led by a FANTASTIC team, it also has the luxury of being beautifully decorated.
THE OWNERS, Valérie and Karim Massoud, contemporary art lovers, assisted by the architect Elsa Joseph, have imagined the place as a hôtel particulier for friends. It’s like experiencing a stay inside a guest house within Paris. On the first floor, the lobby and breakfast room are like a living room with antique pieces, chic custom-made furniture and several pop and artsy touches. What to look for? Mies van der Rohe’s Barcelona armchair, a hypnotic work by Arielle Rozowy, a totem sculpture by artist Gary Webb, Kaws figurines, a creature by Takashi Murakami, prints by street artist Obey, FC Sofia trophies…
A JOYFUL and playful little world that is softened but still full of spirit on the upper levels. The rooms have been dressed in mellower colors, a touch of the fifties, between powder pink, pale yellow, water green, and grey blue. Voluntarily lightened in their decoration, they play out the full extent of caressing guests with XXL bedding, noble materials (brass, wood…), and paired down but very well chosen decoration. The best address in the neighborhood!
BAR – Feel at home and enjoy an honesty bar with coffee, tea from Mariage Frères, cookies, or a glass of wine (D-Vine dispenser).
